The Community WorldTree is based on a SparCC correlation analysis of about 1500 samples of Arctic marine microbial communities using 16S, 18S, and ITS amplicon sequencing. The spherical embedding was completed using DOSNES and the globe is visualized with Cesium. Please direct questions and issues to the Github repo.
